• Characteristics
  • Aluminium Clad windows combine the benefits of a maintenance free external surface together with the beauty of the finished engineered timber internally. These two materials are brought together in perfect synergy achieving a highly sophisticated product. This Aluminium Clad window system is especially beneficial in extreme weather conditions. Exposed areas at high altitudes and coastal locations experience much harsher weather and therefore would benefit from such a window.
    Advance system, which is a tilt & turn inward opening window, dedicated mostly to clients in Continental Europe.  Advance Eco can also be offered with triple glazing. These units achieve a centre pane ‘u’ value of 0.6W/m²K, offering substantially lower emission values.
• Construction
  • Single-frame, frame and sash cross-section: 68 x 81 mm. If technically possible, we can provide any shape and size of the window.
• Material
  • Three-layer glued scantling, homogeneous or combined in length. Wood types: pine, mahogany, meranti, oak.
• Sound insulation
  • Sound reduction for the standard unit Rw = 31 dB. Glazing unit with improved sound absorption (option) for Rw = 34-42 dB, depending on a selected glazing unit.
• Heat permeability
  • The heat transfer coefficient for the window with the test dimensionis Uw -1.3 W / m²K
• Glazing
  • Double-glazing, single-chamber (4-18Ar-4), 26 mm unit, the heat transfer coefficient Ug = 1.0 W / m2C (BS EN-674), inter-pane cavity filled with argon. Triple-glazing, twin-chamber (4-10Ar-4-10Ar-4), 32 mm unit, the heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.8 W / m2K (EN-PN 674), inter-pane cavity filled with argon. Triple-glazing, twin-chamber (4-4-10Kr 10Kr-4), 32mm unit, the heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W / m2K (EN-PN 674), inter-pane cavity filled with krypton. Ornamental glass, safe, with sun protection properties - option.

• Window muntins
  • Vienna (glued wooden + internal aluminum widths: 22, 32, 42mm), inter-pane, constructionwidths: 60mm or 80mm.

  • Roto NT locking fittings with micro-ventilation and anti-burglary catch. Wrong handle position blockade - option. Anti-burglary fittings- option.
• Colour
  • Transparent paints according to Sigma Coatings colour chart. Opaque paints according to RAL and NCS colour charts.4 coating system, impregnation, primer, interlayer, topcoat.
• Gaskets
  • Undercut, press-in, with TPE closed profile byDeventer or Primo. Gasket colors matched to the color of woodwork. Softline - 2 rebate  gasket - option.
• Aluminum cladding
  • Aluminum cladding cut 45° Mechanically gripped or welded. Colors according to RAL color cart. Cladding supplier Aluron.
• Handles
  • Hoppe Secustic Atlanta handle in white, silver, olive. Key-lockable handle in colors as above - option. Handle with a button in colors as above - option.
• Warranty
