• Characteristics

  • Advance is an innovative alu-clad windows system. Due to original construction profiles and special-design aluminum cladding we offer windows with “hidden”, invisible from the outside sash. Advance offers single, plain horizontal glass line, both in operable units and fixed glazings; such an effect is unavailable within other alu-clad window systems. Advance system has been designed for modern buildings, which are dominated by simplicity and minimalism. Concealed hinges and sharp sash profile underline the unique design of this system. Combined height of the frame-sash compound is only 101mm!!

  Construction
  • Single-frame, frame and sash cross-section: 68 x 56 mm, 68 x 76 mm. If technically possible, we can provide any shape and size of the window.
• Material
  • Three-layer glued scantling, homogeneous or combined in length. Wood types: pine, mahogany, meranti, sapeli, oak
• Sound insulation
  • Sound reduction for the standard unit Rw = 31 dB. Glazing unit with improved sound absorption (option) for Rw = 34-42 dB, depending on a selected glazing unit.
• Heat permeability
  • The heat transfer coefficient for the window with the test dimensions Uw=0.8 W/m²K, using 88mm thick timber profiles.
• Glazing
  • Double glazing, one chamber (4-18Ar-4), 26mm unit, the heat transfer coefficient Ug = 1,1 W/m²K (EN-PN  674), inter-pane cavity filled with argon. Ornamental glass, safe, with sun protection properties - option. The maximum thickness of the double paned unit is 54mm.
    Warm edge spacer (grey) - standard.
• Window muntins
  • Not available in this system.
•  Fittings
  • Roto NT locking fittings with micro-ventilation and anti-burglary catch. Wrong handle position blockade - option. Anti-burglary fittings - option.
• How to open
  • R (side hung windows), U (tilt windows), RU (tilt & turn windows).
• Colour
  • Transparent paints according to Sigma Coatings colour chart. Opaque paints according to RAL and NCS colour charts. 4 coating system, impregnation, primer, interlayer, topcoat.
• Gaskets
  • Undercut, press-in, with TPE closed profile by Deventer or Primo. Gasket colors matched to the color of woodwork. Glazing gaskets: double-sided, press-in, 3mm thick, black by Gutmann
• Aluminum cladding
  • Aluminum cladding cut 45° mechanically gripped or welded. Colors according to RAL color cart. Cladding supplier Gutmann.
• Handles
  • Hoppe Secustic Atlanta handle in white, silver, olive, titanium. Key-lockable handle in colors as above - option. Handle with a button in colors as above - option.
• Warranty
  • Advance Company offers a 5-year warranty onlabor and materials used. The five-year warrantydoes not include paint coatings (3 years for opaque paints, and 2 years for transparent paints). Detailed information in general sales conditions by Advanve Windows and Doors
